Peter Mabli joined ASHP/CML in June 2014. He has worked as both a high school social studies teacher and an adjunct professor of history at Fairleigh Dickinson University and the College of Saint Elizabeth. Dr. Mabli has developed and implemented fully online courses for both colleges, including courses on New Jersey history and the history of revolutions in the United States. Peter earned his Ph.D. in history and culture at Drew University, specializing in food history and early American national identity, and has delivered presentations on food culture to public and academic audiences around the country.
