In this program (2010-2013), junior high and high school teachers will undertake a year-long process of curriculum development, working in small groups to create two units on major time periods in U.S. history. ASHP will present two day-long seminars that model the use of primary source documents in classroom teaching, as well as helping to coach the teachers as they create and teach with their curriculum units.
